NCLI adheres to development strategies with “relying on the chemical harbor storage, growing chemical trade in size and strength, developing the third-party chemical logistics industry”. For relying on the chemical harbor storage, Nantong Benny Petrochemicals Harbor Storage Co., Ltd. (NCLI holdings 75%)--which is officially approved by State Customs Administration for bonding built a 50,000-ton terminal along Yangzi River deep-water areas, which can call a million-ton and a 5,000-ton ships at same time. At present, it now holds 61 storage tanks, including high and low temperature, inner coated, stainless steel, carbonic steel natures, pressure gas spherical tanks, reaching a total of 188,000 M3 storage capacity. Nantong QiX Storage Co., Ltd. (NCLI holdings 50%) has 16 various chemical tanks, with total capacity of 40,000M3.Liangyungang Benny Petrochemicals Storage Co., Ltd. (NCLI holdings 75%) owned 4 high-pressure petrochemical spherical tanks with the capability of 4,000M3  and 3 chemical tanks with the capability of 6,600M3 in the first phase. And Tianjin Lingang Benny Petrochemicals Storage Co., Ltd. (NCLI holding 100%), of which 100,000M3 storage tank area is in the process of infrastructure. Besides these, NCLI has 3 hazardous chemical warehouses in Nantong City, such as No.3 Bridge warehouse, covering an area of 57,000M2 and 20,000M2 for storage. In the development of third-party chemical logistics industry, Nantong Qianxun Logistics Co., Ltd. has more than 30 large-scale stainless steel tanks and one liquid sulfur ship, which can directly coordinate the delivery of up to 5,000MT for road transportation and up to 100,000MT for ship transportation. At growing chemical trade in size and strength, NCLI realized sales revenue 8.425 billion Yuan (income tax 9.502 billion Yuan) in 2008, achieved chemical amount 1.15 million tons. NCLI’s main economic indicators, such as sales, benefit tax, import scale, per capita labor productivity and increment of net assets all reached the first in the national with the industry.

NCLI entered the top 500 National enterprises in 2006, and was awarded Advanced Collective of Professional Ethics by National Domestic Trade System on Mar. 1998. NCLI was assessed AAA and AA grade credit enterprise by provinces financial institutions years in a row, and also conferred a title of AAA level credit enterprise contracts by Jiangsu Provincial People's Government. In Apr. 2000, president of the board Mr. Luo Delong was awarded the National Work Model by State Council. And in Aus. 2007, President Luo Delong attended Troop Model Armyman Congress, which was held by the CPC Central Committee, State Council and Central Military Commission in Beijing. NCLI  was won “Outstanding Enterprise of Reforming and Opening-up for 30 Years in National Production and Information Currency” in Nov. 2008, and secondly awarded the honorary title of National Industry Model by National Chemical Industry Logistics Association in Jun. 2009.
